Description and operating conditions

The WQ(D)-S series is the heart of the range. Casing and impeller are made of precision-cast stainless steel (304 or 316) and withstand even aggressive media. A double FKM mechanical seal in the oil chamber and an additional outer seal reliably protect the motor against water ingress. High-temperature winding, class F insulation and thermal protection ensure a long service life. With 47 models from 0.75 to 22 kW, the series covers almost every drainage task – from building sumps to municipal pumping stations.

Operating conditions: Medium temperature up to 40 °C (optional up to 100 °C), immersion depth max. 5 m, viscosity 7 × 10⁻⁷ to 23 × 10⁻⁶ m²/s

GAK – Auto-Coupling Device

Accessory for WQ(D)-S

Pull the pump out without entering the sump, service it and lower it back along the guide rail.

The GAK auto-coupling device fits pumps with standard flanges. For servicing, the pump is simply pulled out along the guide rail – nobody needs to enter the sump or sewage basin. It is then lowered again and couples automatically. For fixed pumping positions; sizes GAK-50 to GAK-200.

Description and operating conditions

Where conventional pumps clog, the WQ(D)-SQG keeps working. Its semi-open impeller with rotary cutter shreds plastic bags, rags and long fibres before they can block the pump or pipework. Impeller and cutter disc in heat-treated 3Cr13 are wear-resistant and rust-free. The pump was developed specifically for waste water containing sediment from agriculture, hospitality and municipalities, and its low-maintenance operation reduces life-cycle costs.

The Q(D)X-S is made entirely of precision-cast stainless steel: corrosion-resistant, compact and durable. A closed, stamped and welded impeller generates heads of up to 72 m. A double FKM mechanical seal and radial O-ring seal protect the motor even in aggressive media. The single-phase models up to 2.2 kW operate without a three-phase supply – ideal for trades, agriculture and building services.

Description and operating conditions

The ZW(D)-S is installed outside the pumped medium and primes itself. It therefore remains accessible at all times – an advantage for pumping stations and changing locations. The compact monobloc design of motor, mechanical seal and pump requires little floor space and runs smoothly. Depending on the required head or flow, several pumps can be operated in series or in parallel.

Operating conditions: Medium must not significantly corrode 304/316

Description and operating conditions

The IRG/ISWR is the series with the widest performance range: 458 models at 3000 and 1500 rpm. Motor and pump are directly coupled, saving around 30 % floor space compared with similar centrifugal pumps. The balanced impeller ensures smooth, low-vibration operation; the mechanical seal with cemented-carbide rings is leak-free. Trimmed impellers (variants A, B, C) allow precise matching to the duty point. With an IP54 motor, outdoor installation is also possible.

Operating conditions: Medium temperature up to 85 °C, system pressure up to 1.6 MPa, suction pressure max. 0.3 MPa, solids ≤ 0.1 % and ≤ 0.2 mm, ambient up to 40 °C
